NIAMASSO PROJECT IN ODIENNE, IVORY COAST (1998)

In collaboration with German Wilson, theater director at The Village, Lily Yeh conducted painting and performance workshops at Niamasso, a tiny traditional village outside of Odienne in the Northwest corner of Ivory Coast.

So delighted and impressed by the children’s creativity and performance, the Niamasso community celebrated our visit with an all night singing, dancing, and drama festival.
